Throughout her 14+ year career span, Sabria has evolved within a variety of roles both in the public and private sector that helped build upon her professional expertise within diversity, equity & inclusion, global human resources, talent acquisition, management, and development. She has led, managed and facilitated strategic, operational and cultural objectives for global organizations such as Raytheon Technologies and Bank of America.
Sabria travels the country sharing her expertise with diverse institutions, organizations, and individuals. She presents engaging learning workshops that challenge participants to consider how they can elevate their brands, carve a new career path, and push boundaries organizationally to improve diversity and inclusion.
Sabria Brown earned a bachelors degree from Spelman College. She also holds a Master’s in Education from Columbia University, and a Masters of Science in Human Resource Management from Rutgers University- New Brunswick. She also holds a certification in Diversity and Inclusion from Cornell University.
