Hey TA colleagues... Are you using a Skills-Based Hiring approach? Are you unsure? Are you unsure of what it actually means?

This session, led by the NACE Task Force, will explore why some organizations got started with skills-based hiring, how they got buy-in from leadership, and most importantly, how they are measuring effectiveness of their efforts. Join us to as we share some common threads from our research, as well as a few case studies of how organizations are identifying and defining what skills to pursue, how they are assessing skills during the hiring process, and how they're bridging skills gaps after hiring.
