Peter Alkatib has over 11 years of experience in strategic leadership and planning, with a focus on designing scalable, sustainable initiatives through a data-informed, systems-oriented approach. As the Director of Strategic Partnerships for Career Services at Point Loma Nazarene University (PLNU), he leads efforts to integrate career development into the academic experience, broaden access and equity for all students, and apply user-experience design to deliver practical, student-centered resources. Prior to joining PLNU, Peter worked with two of California’s largest charter school networks, where he developed and expanded educational programs statewide. He holds an MBA from PLNU and a BS in Microbiology from the University of California, San Diego.
