Patricia Jean has over 14 years of experience in career development and higher education administration. She has worked 10 years at Guttman Community College, CUNY and is committed to the college mission of enacting, engaging, and empowering students in their educational and professional journeys.
She currently serves on multiple committees at the college including: the College Council, the Summer Bridge Visioning Taskforce and the Women of GRIT Leadership Team. In addition, she serves on the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion task force both at Guttman and for the National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE).
Patricia holds a Master's degree in Counseling from Manhattan College and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology & Human Development and Family Studies from the University of Connecticut.
This is an exciting time for CUNY and Career Services! Currently, New York City has a goal of connecting 80% of CUNY graduates with careers following graduation by 2030. I am eager to elevate the CCPP office and expand our campus resources to support CUNY’s college-to-career pipeline initiatives for students.
