Nicky Garcea is a Co-founder and CO-CEO at Cappfinity. She is an accredited industrial psychologist. Nicky works with Cappfinity clients in the U.S. and globally to spearhead innovative solutions that are skills-based and look at identifying and measuring motivation and potential in candidates. Nicky has over 20 years’ experience working with global and U.S. organizations in recruiting, onboarding, development, DEI, and internal talent mobility. She is a pioneer in recruiting and developing for skills and the recruitment and promotion of underrepresented talent. Nicky is a frequent keynote speaker on skills Identification, generative AI, candidate experience and immersive recruitment technologies. When Nicky has free time, she is hiking or hanging with her beloved family and dog, and also training for triathlons and other competitive races, which raise monies for causes she is passionate about include Women’s Cancers.
