Currently serving as the Director of College to Career Initiatives at Jacksonville State University, she has leveraged her extensive experience to bridge the gap between academic achievement and career readiness for students.
Before transitioning into academia, Jennifer held the position of District Manager at American Eagle Outfitters, where she honed her leadership skills and developed a keen understanding of customer service, team dynamics, and operational efficiency. In this role, she managed multiple store locations, driving sales and cultivating high-performing teams while maintaining a focus on strategic growth.
