Dr. Alicia S. Monroe serves as Assistant Director, Strategic Initiatives. In this role she creates and implements high impact opportunities through active engagement with campus partners in collaboration with talent acquisitions and recruitment specialists, yielding successful college to career experiences for students. She has co-authored an academic text which is required reading for select Rowan University courses and has written several articles and blogs. Monroe presents at international, national, and regional conferences and serves as adjunct faculty, teaching in the College of Humanities and Social Sciences and College of Education.
