Melissa Clemens (Missy) is the Research Program Associate Director at CCWT. She is a first generation college graduate who holds a Bachelors in Business Administration and a Masters in Education from Edgewood College as well as a Certificate in Human Resource Management and Analytics from Wharton School of Business at University of Pennsylvania. She has extensive experience in program development, strategic planning, operations management, education, student services, and coaching and supervision. Missy has over ten years of higher education experience and is passionate about activating institutional and societal change to better serve adolescents and young adults from diverse backgrounds.
Personally, Missy is mom to two students, one at University of Wisconsin-Madison and one at University of Wisconsin-Platteville, as well as two dogs and a cat. She enjoys home DIY projects, weekends with her partner, thrifting, listening to podcasts, and spending time with her friends and family.
