Caitlin brings over a decade of experience in university relations and early talent recruitment to this year’s NACE Conference, with a passion for strategy, stakeholder management, employer branding, and DEI. She began her career as a recruiting coordinator at Cornerstone Research before moving to Oliver Wyman, where she recruited entry-level consultants and helped establish the firm’s Inclusion & Diversity recruiting strategy for North America.
Her career continued at The Cigna Group, where she recruited for MBA and graduate-level Leadership Development Programs, while assisting with the recharter of their HR leadership program. Following Cigna, Caitlin joined Thermo Fisher Scientific, where she led recruiting for the Finance Leadership Development Program and revamped the recruiting strategy for their Graduate Leadership Development Programs in General Management and HR.
In her current role leading Fifth Third Bank’s University Relations team, Caitlin has transformed the bank’s early talent recruitment, elevating its campus brand and strengthening connections with key stakeholders.
Caitlin, a Villanova University alumna with a Bachelor’s in History and Theology, remains engaged with her Chi Omega sorority as president of the Greater Cincinnati Alumnae chapter. She also serves on the Cincinnati Children’s Heart Institute's Patient & Family Advisory Council, supporting initiatives that improve the experiences of heart warriors and their families.
Now based in Cincinnati, OH, with her husband James and their daughters, Vinnie and Frankie, Caitlin enjoys cooking, traveling, volunteering, cheering on the Villanova Wildcats, and spending time with family.
