As a first-generation college graduate of Vietnamese refugee parents, equitable access to higher education has always been a priority for Tram-Anh Nguyen-Solar. Currently, she is the Director of Career Connections at Bottom Line Massachusetts, where she leads efforts to bridge the gap between first-generation college students and career opportunities through strategic partnerships with corporate and community partners and experiential learning initiatives. She brings extensive expertise in student engagement, inclusive career pathways, and creating professional development frameworks for underserved populations.
As a City Year AmeriCorps alumnae where a passion for youth development and service were instilled in her, Tram-Anh actively volunteers for the Massachusetts Youth Leadership Foundation, a nonprofit that recognizes, teaches, and empowers leadership in high school sophomores across the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and previously served as Board Vice-President, Board Secretary, and Program Director of Virtual Programming during the pandemic. Tram-Anh earned a bachelor's degree in Administration of Justice and a master's degree in Administration of Justice and Homeland Security from Salve Regina University in Newport, RI.
