Kelly Flecksteiner is a finance professional having joined J&J finance organization through their early-in-career programs (co-op & FLDP) and has worked within the finance organization in roles with increasing responsibilities over the past 20 years. Throughout her career she has kept a passion for early-in career development while holding her various finance positions by actively recruiting on campuses, help onboard & mentor EiC talent, being a program champion of the Finance Leadership Development Program & finance University Team Lead for La Salle University. This has lead to her now being able to work her passion on a daily basis in her current position as Senior Finance Manager within the Global Finance Talent Management organization supporting Early in Career recruiting.
