Rahul is the co-founder of MyCareerCloset - he is a graduate of Georgetown University (MSB 2014), and the University of Virginia (BA 2007). Rahul began his career at Rolls-Royce, where part of his role was to aid in hiring, and work-force development in a manufacturing-heavy environment. During his seven years at Rolls-Royce, and followed by four years as a consultant at McKinsey and Company in New York - Rahul learned that how students "present" themselves has a direct impact on their ability to secure jobs, and promotions. This, he found, was disproportionately important for students from first-generation, low income, or other diverse backgrounds. Learning from this experience, Rahul co-founded MyCareerCloset, a company with a mission to "equalize" the playing field of first impressions.
