Kathleen Idehara leads the Early Career Program and Operations team at The Cigna Group and has been in her role for six years. She manages the design, development, and delivery of Cigna’s Early Career programming, most recently with an emphasis on Cigna’s enterprise-wide summer internship program. Her team's goal is to ensure all interns have a meaningful and engaging summer experience.
In her previous role at Express Scripts, Kathleen served as Senior Manager of the University Relations and Program Initiatives team, where she led a team of university recruiters who served as the primary resource for interns from hire to conversion. Outside of her roles at Cigna and Express Scripts, Kathleen has worked in various positions in the Talent Acquisition field, focused on leadership development and inclusive hiring. In addition to her role at The Cigna Group, Kathleen served as co-lead of NACE’s Asian American Native American Pacific Islander-Serving Institutions (AANAPISI) Affinity Group from 2020-2022.
Kathleen resides in Chandler, AZ with her husband, Michael, her pug Samantha and Ricky the dachshund. When she’s not working, Kathleen enjoys exploring the Arizona food scene with her family and friends and exploring the dog park scene with her two pups.
