Jenny has been with Weber State University since 2013, starting as the Community Partner Coordinator at the Center for Community Engaged Learning. In this role, Jenny connected local non-profit organizations with faculty and students, fostering strong community partnerships. In 2021, Jenny transitioned to manage the Wildcat Advantage program, later becoming the Director of Wildcat Advantage and High Impact Educational Experiences (HIEE) Implementation. Jenny oversees a student-facing initiative that encourages participation in HIEEs, linking experiences to NACE competencies and supporting the development of robust e-Portfolios. Throughout her tenure, Jenny has played a key role in developing methods to track and define HIEEs at the university, chairing the Student Engagement Taskforce and serving on several committees focused on student engagement in high-impact experiences. Jenny is passionate about experiential learning and is committed to improving how students connect academic and practical experiences.
