Kaitlyn Anderson is the Career Readiness Curriculum Designer for UConn’s Center for Career Readiness and Life Skills. In her role, she designs and develops career readiness programs and resources for faculty and staff to integrate into their courses, advising, student employment and career conversations with students. By engaging with faculty across the institution, Kaitlyn focuses her efforts on aligning learning objectives with NACE career competencies and creating opportunities in the curriculum for students to articulate their skill development. With over a decade of classroom teaching experience, Kaitlyn brings her expertise in curriculum design and assessment strategies to help leverage faculty relationships and create a common language across disciplines that is focused on career readiness.
