Angel Iverson

Angel Iverson is a double-Gator graduate and has worked with the nationally ranked University of Florida Career Connections Center since 2010 holding various roles engaging with students, industry, faculty, and external agencies. As the Director, Angel provides leadership for key initiatives to advance strategic partnerships, including those related to preparing students for the future of work. In addition to Angel’s teams engaging with thousands of companies annually for recruitment, she also directly leads the Center’s Employer Advisory Board that includes organizations of varied industries, sizes, and geographic locations that regularly provide industry insight, including related to AI and skill building initiatives, to the institution. Related specifically to the topic of AI, Angel has also served on two University of Florida Artificial Intelligence committees as well as the Gainesville Area Chamber of Commerce AI Central committee to drive forward the University and Community’s AI initiatives.
