Ja’Net Glover currently serves as the Associate Vice President for Career and Integrative Partnerships and Executive Director of University Career Services at the University of Florida. With over two decades of experience, she leads innovative efforts to create dynamic talent acquisition ecosystems that support student career development and address evolving workforce needs.
At UF, she provides leadership and oversight for the university’s initiatives related to career readiness, student outcomes, and professional development for all learners—prioritizing access and opportunity to ensure post-graduation success.
In the area of Artificial Intelligence, Ja’Net has served on UF’s Artificial Intelligence Committee in support of the Quality Enhancement Plan: AI Across the Curriculum. She has delivered numerous presentations on integrating AI within career services and has spearheaded initiatives that strategically embed AI literacy and workforce readiness into student experiences. Ja’Net also co-authored the journal article “Developing a model for AI across the curriculum: Transforming the higher education landscape via innovation in AI literacy,” published in Computers and Education: Artificial Intelligence, Volume 4, 2023.
