Rhianna Johnson brings over twenty years of experience in education and workforce development, with a focus on creating equitable career pathways and fostering student success. Currently serving as the Director of Guided Pathways and Partnerships at Clark College, Rhianna leads multiple initiatives aimed at improving student outcomes and closing economic equity gaps in career pathways.
Prior to her current role, she served as Workforce System Operations Director at WorkSource and Deputy Center Director at Sacramento Job Corps, where she established partnerships with industry certification providers and developed comprehensive career development programs. She blends experience in serving systemically marginalized students with a background in higher education and workforce development to approach her work with the overarching goal to address pay equity gaps and support economic mobility for all.
A graduate of Portland State University with a Master's degree in Sociology, Rhianna currently serves on multiple boards including the National Job Corps Association and Rooted School Vancouver. Rhianna's commitment to equity and inclusion has been recognized through completion of the "Broadening Understanding, Intercultural Leadership and Development" Program and successful implementation of numerous diversity initiatives. She was the 2025 recipient of the Leadership Clark County Community Impact Award.
