Adam Lindberg, Ph.D., serves as a Sr. Programmer Analyst at The Johns Hopkins University Carey Business School. In this role, Adam provides data-related support for the Career & Life Design team and administers Carey's Handshake instance. Prior to joining Carey Business School, Adam held the role of Director of Research & Policy at the Florida College Access Network, a non-profit focused on increasing college access for students throughout the state of Florida. He has also held positions in assessment, student misconduct, and fraternity/sorority life at institutions of higher education in both Virginia and Florida. Adam is passionate about encouraging more people to complete surveys, developing better predictive analytics, and increasing the role of data in strategic decision making. He holds a Bachelor's Degree from Randolph-Macon College in International Studies, a Master's Degree from James Madison University in College Student Personnel Administration, and a Doctorate from James Madison University in Organization Science and Leadership.
