Catrina DosReis is a market driven career and talent strategist with expertise in career coaching, training, recruiting, and early talent programs. She earned a Master of Arts in Higher Education and Organization Leadership from Columbia University, and is a doctorate candidate at Northeastern University. She is a certified trainer for VitalSmarts, including its premiere conflict resolution workshop, Crucial Conversations. DosReis offers a diverse background in learning and development, and thrives in providing direction and planning that will enable others to hone success skills that will meet their professional goals. In the 15 years she has spent directing college career centers at for-profit, Ivy League, Jesuit, and HBCU institutions, DosReis has built successful alliances with community members and corporations for recruitment, programming, sponsorships, and grants. As Director of Recruiting at McKinney, Dos Reis is focused on pipelining undiscovered and unknown places to attract non-traditional talent to McKinney at all levels. She lead three offices in engaging diverse talent, implementing strategies that will attract passive candidates and leveraging technologies and systems to enhance the recruiting experience. Catrina recently transitioned to the role of Director of Learning and Development to leverage her skills into building McKinney’s workforce skills and capabilities.
