Nicole is is senior associate vice president, student affairs and dean of students at the University of Virginia where she provides strategic leadership and vision for the student engagement teams reporting to the Dean of Students, and in coordination with the Vice President and Chief Student Affairs Officer and the broader Division of Student Affairs leadership team. She joined the university in 2023 as associate vice president, career and professional development, to orchestrate a cohesive strategy for the career preparation and success of all students. Previously, she was the director of career and professional development at the University of North Carolina Greensboro where she led campus-wide efforts to foster student career readiness and employment outcomes. She also served as the executive director of market readiness and employment with Wake Forest University’s School of Business and as executive director of alumni and career services at Pepperdine University’s School of Business. Active on several boards over the years, she currently serves as vice chair-college of the National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE) and will become chair-elect during the 2025-2026 academic year. Dr. Hall is also a past president of the MBA Career Services and Employer Alliance, leading the expansion of the organization into Asia.
