Kelly Hart is the Director of Student & Employer Engagement at Temple University's central Career Center. For the past ten years she has helped employers navigate a complex university, effectively promote their brands, and make valuable connections to launch careers for Temple Owls. As a first-gen college student herself Kelly is passionate about helping students navigate their collegiate experience and empowering them to succeed. Kelly is a very active NACE member who is currently a Taskforce Co-Chair for the Strategic Positioning of University Relations Recruitment.

Kelly was also very active with NACE in her role as a University Relations professional with ARAMARK where she ran point with 10 universities on the East Coast. Kelly gained extensive experience with Career Services, on-campus interviews and events, as well as student engagement. Prior to University Relations Kelly had 10+ experience as a recruiting professional in both 3rd party agency and corporate recruitment.

Kelly holds her Bachelors of Science in Biology from Muhlenberg College, can anyone say non-traditional career path? and her Master's in Higher Education Administration from Temple University. Kelly resides in South Jersey, aka. Philly Jr. and has been a NACE member for 15+ years.
