Ashley Schantz is a life design and discernment specialist, with over 10 years of experience working to ensure equitable access to the resources and skills necessary to build a life of fulfillment and meaning. In her current role as Senior Director of Undergraduate Education and Chair of the Curriculum Committee for Life Design at Johns Hopkins University, Ashley fosters strategic partnerships and pathways to bridge the gap between academic learning and career readiness, with particular emphasis on classroom engagement and immersive practices. Ashley earned a BA in Psychology from Bowling Green State University, a MS in Clinical Psychology from the University of Dayton, and a MA in College Student Personnel from Western Illinois University.
