Her career responsibilities have spanned roles in admissions, regulatory compliance, accreditation, assessment, institutional research, and business intelligence. But her passion lies in coding and statistical analysis, through which she has helped multiple top tier institutions improve their data quality, draw deeper insights, and increase the efficiency of business processes. Jayme’s work with the Integrative Learning and Life Design (ILLD) office of Johns Hopkins University is centered around building a data-driven culture and creating a positive impact on students’ futures through inferential and predictive analytics.
