Currently serving as the Acting Dean of Pathways & Partnerships at Brookdale Community College in New Jersey, she is passionate about empowering students to navigate their career journeys effectively.
Jill has successfully designed and implemented innovative programs that enhance student engagement and readiness for the workforce. She believes in a holistic approach to career services, integrating academic success with practical skill-building to help students realize their professional aspirations.
