Dr. Karen McCullough is an Assistant Professor of Business Communications in the Robbins College of Business and Entrepreneurship at Fort Hays State University (FHSU). She teaches undergraduate and graduate classes in Business Communication, Professional Development, and Corporate Communication. Dr. McCullough’s research focuses on the integration of artificial intelligence in job searches for college students and the dynamics of communication during career transitions. Previously, she served as the Director of Career Services at FHSU, where she focused on developing high-quality career and professional development support services for college students. Dr. McCullough has delivered workshops and presentations on AI in teaching, career readiness, international student services, and transition programs at conferences such as NACE, NBEA, NASPA, NASPA, and NODA. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree and a Master of Science in Educational Administration/Higher Education degree from FHSU, as well as an Ed.D. in Leadership in Higher Education degree from Baker University.
