Molly Phelps is the Director for the Humanities to Career Program at Bunker Hill Community College. Reporting to the Dean of Humanities and Learning Communities, Molly’s work focuses on the integration of work-based learning and career-oriented skill-building initiatives for students in the college’s Humanities and Liberal Arts programs. Prior to this role, Molly served as the Assistant Director for Workforce and Economic Development at BHCC, where she managed corporate training contracts for both credit and non-credit courses, built new employer relationships, and designed custom job training programs for adult learners. Before joining BHCC, she served as the Academic Programs manager at the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum. Molly has earned a Master of Arts in Art History from Case Western Reserve University and a Bachelor of Arts in Art History from Boston College.
