As a seasoned talent acquisition leader, Stephanie Pallante has a successful history of leading teams in the development and implementation of talent acquisition strategies for experienced hires, new graduates and diversity initiatives across multiple industries. While she has broad experience, Stephanie’s ‘heart’ is in the early careers space where she finds great satisfaction in helping collegiate students explore career pathways through internships, kick start their professional careers post-graduation, and continue to advance and thrive.
Currently leading University Relations & Early Careers Recruitment for The Cigna Group, Stephanie guides a team of Early Career Talent Advisors responsible for the development of collegiate talent strategies necessary to support Cigna's 12 Leadership & Development Programs and all enterprise internship hiring initiatives. Before joining Cigna in 2018, Stephanie has also held recruitment leadership roles at Aramark, Merck, GlaxoSmithKline & Unisys.
Stephanie served as Chair of the NACE Board for the 2023-2024 year, but her overall involvement with NACE has spanned the past 20 years.
Stephanie holds a BS in Communications degree from Kutztown University.
