Founder
Mullins Professional Group
Yorklyn, Delaware, United States
Julia Mullins created an organization at the intersection of leadership development, executive coaching, and neuroinclusive design.
Julia spent years developing leaders as a consultant with the Federal workforce, and internally at two large Fortune 100 companies building top talent development programs. In 2020, Julia pursued a coaching certification to better support the leaders in her programs. Through coaching, she realized even award-winning training programs could fall flat if they weren't built with neuroinclusive design. Through further learning, Julia built expertise on ADHD, and neurodiversity in the workplace. Founding Mullins Professional Group (MPG) in 2021, Julia began working with individuals, teams, and organizations (including ERGs and alumni groups) to approach leadership development and executive coaching through an ADHD-friendly perspective.
Julia volunteers as a mentor in the University of Delaware Lerner Executive Mentoring Program, and had the pleasure of working with Delaware State University and Braven for the inaugural cohort of their Leadership and Career Accelerator.
Julia is an ICF-credentialed executive coach (PCC level), with an MBA from Penn State, and certificates in Leadership Coaching for Organizational Performance from American University, and Neuroscience for Business from MIT Sloan.
Julia loves supporting individuals and teams during critical transitions such as adjusting to first post-college roles, and finds joy in helping neurodivergent leaders thrive in a neurotypical world.
