Mariah has successfully led and recruited for regional internship programs across the United States, Canada, and Central Europe. In addition to her talent acquisition expertise, Mariah is adept in event management, campus content creation, budgeting, recruitment platform implementation, and leading diversity initiatives.
Mariah graduated from the University of Houston, C.T. Bauer College of Business with a degree in Business Administration and Management. She was actively involved in organizations such as the Black Business Student Association, Society for Human Resource Management, and Honors Ambassadors.
