Lindsey is the Global Early Talent leader at Stryker. She leads the development and management of the enterprise-wide Early Talent Strategy, focusing on creating impactful programs and partnerships to attract, develop, and retain top early-career talent across the organization.
Lindsey is an 12-year Stryker veteran who has has supported Early Talent initiatives throughout her time at Stryker. Lindsey has served as a University Recruiter, manager of the US UR program, and North America UR leader where she was responsible for managing the operations and ET TA strategy. Prior to working at Stryker, Lindsey worked in higher education for 10 years in Student Affairs. First, at the University of South Carolina, and for the majority of her career in Higher Education at The University of North Carolina, Wilmington. During her tenure in Higher Education Lindsey worked in Housing and Residence Life.
Lindsey holds a bachelor’s degree in history and art history from the University of California, Santa Barbara and a master's degree in Higher Education Administration from the University of South Carolina. Lindsey currently resides in CA with her young family.
