Cait Flickinger is the College Recruiting Manager at DHL Supply Chain in North America, leading a team of six recruiters since July 2021. Her team is responsible for over half of the global next-generation talent recruiting for DHL Supply Chain. In her role, she emphasizes the use of metrics and KPIs to achieve strategic goals and empower her team to drive success across their regions. Cait also facilitates the “Practicing Inclusion” training course at DHL, helping to promote the organization's Culture & Inclusion stragetic intiatives.

Starting with DHL and the team in 2018, as a College Recruiter, Cait supported various regions across the US and Canada and has a longstanding passion for working with college students. Her earlier career includes roles at Delta Gamma Fraternity, where she supported women's leadership development.

Cait holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Development from Xavier University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Denison University. She lives in Columbus, OH with her husband, Matt, and their son, where they enjoy sporting events, baking, and family time.
