Jeanette is a dedicated Higher Education professional with 10+ years of experience and is a three-time Villanova University graduate with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management, a Master of Science in Human Resource Development and a Master of Arts in Education with a Higher Education Concentration.

After receiving her bachelor’s degree, Jeanette began her career at Villanova University working with the prior capital campaign as Assistant Director, Student Philanthropy, Young Alumni Giving & Reunion Giving. In 2018, Jeanette brought her talents to the Career Center where she served as Employer Recruiting Specialist and Assistant Director, Industry Advising. Jeanette has also served as a facilitator and adjunct faculty for the following programs and courses: Leadership Learning Community, Caritas Service Learning Community, VSB’s Backpack to Briefcase and Arts & Science Professional Development.

In the Career Center, Jeanette has taken specific industries that have been identified as growth areas in our gap analysis to the next level of engagement. As an Associate Director, Industry Advising, Jeanette analyzes and strategizes on the team's employer engagement and industry advising models.
