Dr. Jennifer Johnson Kebea is a mission-driven leader dedicated to advancing equitable opportunities for young and emerging talent. As President of Campus Philly, she leads a nationally recognized nonprofit that fuels inclusive economic growth by empowering diverse college students and recent graduates to explore, live, and work in Greater Philadelphia. Jen’s passion for Gen Z and belief in the region as the best place to launch a life and career drive her vision and impact.
Jen’s connection to Campus Philly began in 2004 as an intern, and today she is proud to lead the organization into its third decade of service to college students and the broader region. Her career has consistently focused on the intersection of education, civic engagement, and community impact. Prior to her current role, Jen served as Executive Director of Drexel University’s Lindy Center for Civic Engagement, where she and her team connected more than 30,000 students with opportunities to contribute to the greater good. She has also served as faculty at Drexel, teaching in graduate programs focused on higher education and nonprofit leadership.
Jen holds a doctoral degree in Educational Leadership and Management from Drexel University, as well as a master’s degree in the Administration of Human Services and a bachelor’s degree in Biology from Chestnut Hill College.
