Li serves as the Senior Assistant Director of Experiential Learning at Florida State University (FSU) and has been connecting college students with high-impact experiences since 2010. She now manages high-impact engagement programs at FSU, including InternFSU, a paid on-campus internship program, InternFSU: TLH, a structured internship program for the local community, and the Garnet & Gold Scholar Society, which recognizes undergraduate students engaged in different experiential learning opportunities. She also manages a team of Career Liaisons who provide specialized career advising and industry knowledge in different colleges. In the past, Li managed the Internship Fund and the Student Employee of the Year Award and Ceremony. She holds a Master’s Degree in International Affairs from Florida State University and is a strong advocate for #PaidInternships.
The InternFSU program was recently recognized by the National Recognition
Society of Experiential Education (SEE) as the 2024 Outstanding Experiential Education Program winner. In the past, the program also received an Honorable Mention for Best Practice Award by the Cooperative Education & Internship Association (CEIA) in 2021, and NASPA- Florida, Programs of Distinction, 2021 and the 2024 Society of Experiential Education Outstanding Program.
