Jaclyn Camden is the Assistant Director of the Center on Transition Innovations (CTI) and serves as the Director of VCU’s inclusive postsecondary education program, ACE-IT in College. In these roles, Ms. Camden's work focuses on improving transition outcomes for students with disabilities into higher education and employment.
In addition to her leadership at CTI and ACE-IT, Ms. Camden is a study lead for the VCU-RRTC on Employment of Transition-Age Youth with Disabilities and the VCU-RRTC on Employment Among People with Intellectual and Development Disabilities, where she conducts national research initiatives on improving employment outcomes for college students with disabilities.
With over 15 years of experience, Ms. Camden has a strong track record of implementing initiatives that significantly improve postsecondary education and employment outcomes for students with disabilities. Throughout her career, Ms. Camden has presented at numerous national conferences and authored inclusive education and employment publications. Her work is characterized by a deep commitment to inclusivity, equity, and empowering youth and college students with disabilities to achieve their fullest potential.
