Lee is the Dean of Career Development at Kenyon College, a role he has held since August 2020. Previously Lee served at Interim Director, Associate Director, and Assistant Director in Career Development, as well as working stints in the Kenyon admissions office and dining hall. During Lee's time as Dean, the Career Development team has achieved several milestones: implementating first destination outcomes reporting for Kenyon, consolidating 14 internship funds, launching an annual senior resume book, creating departmental dashboards, adding a Director of Employer Relations, building a tool to track internship and experiential learning, introducing mini remote internships, and developing a comprehensive career development gamificiation structure.
Lee lives with his wife and two daughters in Gambier, Ohio.
